Natasha Turovsky is one of the great artists to come from Canada in many generations. Starting as a professional violinist, Natasha discovered visual arts thirty years ago. She decided to pursue her passion by enrolling in the Fine Arts program at Concordia University in Montreal in 1992 where she specialized in painting and printmaking. Natasha Turovsky has had over sixty solo and group art exhibits in Barcelona, Cleveland, Boston, New York, Miami, Hong-Kong and all over Canada. In 2006, together with her father Yuli Turovsky and digital artists Gael Hollard and Marie-Josee Auclair, Natasha made a short film called Pictures at an Exhibition. (Choreographed paintings), an animation based on the paintings she created to the music of Modest Mussorgskys Pictures at an Exhibition. Natasha Turovsky is exclusively represented by ART AVENUE GALLERIES in Sarasota, Florida.
